Erna Engebrethsen, Associate Professor at BI Norwegian Business School, IFP School’s academic partner, visited the School from September 19 to October 15, 2024 as a visiting researcher as part of the Electricity and Digital Transition (ETD) Chair.
Dr. Engebrethsen took part in Module 2 of the Executive Master of Management in Energy program, teaching the course “Governance of complex energy projects”.
The aim of her trip was to develop doctoral seminars and research work in management science and operations research applied to the energy sector.
With this in mind, on October 15 she gave a conference on assessment of ammonia storage options in renewables supply chains for IFP School students and IFP Energies nouvelles researchers.
Erna Engebrethsen holds a PhD in Operations Research and Supply Chain Management. She teaches operations management and business analytics at BI Norwegian Business School. Before joining BI, she worked for Aker Solutions and FMC Technologies.
